Custom Cara Mak Design digital portraits are based on any photo you send to us, and can be completely personalized and customized to fit your needs. Each portrait is unique, completely custom, and hand drawn by me. It is the perfect gift for a wedding, birthday, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and for any anniversary or occasion! It also makes a fun surprise for that special pet lover in your life.
✨ HOW TO ORDER:
☆ Choose the number of people and/or pets that will be drawn in the portrait
☆ Provide me with an accurate email address. This will be used to send the final product, as well as ask any questions that may arise during the illustration process.
☆ Please send the high resolution photo that you would like me to illustrate via email (CaraMakDesign@gmail.com) or via Etsy Messenger. It must be in color, rather than black & white.
☆ Before starting your sketch sample, all details of the subjects will be included from the photo provided into the portrait. This is your time to let me know now if there are any other alterations that need to be made to your photo for the portrait (Each unspecified alteration made after the commencement of this portrait may incur an alteration fee).
💥 COMPLETION TIME:
☆ The whole process takes between 1-2 weeks, maximum. Often times I complete commissions within 3-5 business days, but it depends greatly on how many orders I have for the week. Please feel free to message me if you were after a more specific time frame!
💘 WHAT YOU GET:
☆ One PNG or JPEG file of your DIGITAL portrait (1080 x 1350 px / 300 PPI / RGB format / Digital)
☆ You will receive a digital file via email
☆ If you require a different size/formatted file or export setting, please message me BEFORE the sketching process takes place (ie: CMYK)
☆ 1-2 free revisions, based on complexity of each and my personal judgement. Each additional revision will be charged at $10 USD.

☆ Use bright white card stock or low-gloss photo paper
☆ Print at the highest print quality setting
☆ Print at 100% size
💎 PLEASE NOTE:
☆ These portraits are NOT printed and mailed to you. When you order, I will complete your digital illustration, and the finished product will be emailed to you!
☆ Each portrait has a solid color background. If you desire a more detailed background, this can be accommodated for an additional fee.
☆ If you are wanting to print your portrait: Colors may appear slightly different on your monitor than the actual printed file due to variance in printer brands/color correction software
☆ The completed portrait is property of Cara Mak Design (me) and can be utilized on all social media platforms and for advertising purposes
☆ Please explicitly let me know if you would like to have your portrait posted on my social media at/after a certain time. It is your responsibility to contact me before the completion of your portrait, otherwise portraits will be posted at my leisure and won't be taken down after this time.
